Great Annual Events Happening at Lake of the Ozarks this Weekend!

The Lake of the Ozarks is the place to be this weekend!  The season is just getting started and we have two great annual events for you to participate in this weekend. So grab your bags, hop in the car and head on down to our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront resort for a weekend of fun!

27th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals


The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals is a unique car show for all makes, models and years of cars, trucks and motorcycles. This event is Central Missouri's largest car show and the only one that gives away a new muscle car. The show got its name from the 90 miles of Lake of the Ozarks that winds to create what looks like a big dragon. The Bagnell Dam Strip is closed to normal traffic during show hours, so there are only show vehicles within the boundaries. This creates an absolutely electric atmosphere!

18th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Spring Harbor Hop


Draw cards at more than 40 locations around the Lake of the Ozarks to make a winning poker hand in the Harbor Hop. You can enter by stopping at any of the Harbor Hop checkpoints. To obtain a hand, sign up and pay an optional $20 donation (per 7-card hand). A player may enter more than once. The 1st card is drawn at the checkpoint where the hand is purchased; 6 additional cards are obtained by "hopping" to six more checkpoints and drawing one card per hand at each location. The hand is complete when the 7th card is drawn. An optional 8th bonus card can be drawn for an additional $5. The completed hand must be turned in by 7 pm at the checkpoint where the 7th card is drawn. Prizes are based on entry donations and winners of the 2015 Spring Harbor Hop will be notified by mail.

Lakeside King Apartment
The King apartments feature one large private bedroom with a king bed, hide-a-bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Captain's Suite
This beautiful room features a king sized bed,  4' x 5' whirlpool tub and shower. There is a wet bar, but no kitchenette in this unit. It will sleep a maximum of 2 people.

Master Suite
This is a deluxe king bedroom with a 5' x 5' whirlpool tub, shower, hide-a-bed and kitchenette. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.

King Suite Bedroom
King Suite
This luxurious unit features a king bed, 4' x 5' whirlpool tub, shower, kitchenette, fireplace and hide-a-bed. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Deluxe Cottage
This cottage features 2 private bedrooms each with a queen beds, a hide-a-bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people. This unit is not waterfront.

Economy Apartment
This apartment is a small, 2 bedroom unit with double beds in each room, a hide-a-bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Deluxe Apartment
The deluxe apartment features 2 large private bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The unit also features a hide-a-bed, bathtub/shower combo plus 2 vanities and kitchenette. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Apartment
This is a lakeside king apartment with kitchenette and bath, plus additional private bedroom with a double bed. The unit features a bath with shower and hide-a-bed. It will sleep a maximum of 5 people.

Common Area in Family Apartment
Family Apartments
The family apartments feature 2 private bedrooms, a daybed adjacent to the living room, hide-a-bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. It will sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Villa Cottage - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath
This cottage style room features 2 private bedrooms with king beds, a hide-a-bed, kitchenette, fireplace and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a whirlpool tub. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Captain's Quarters 
This unit features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower and large deck. Kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. The beds consist of 2 kings, 2 queens and 2 double beds. It will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
