At our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront resort, we offer affordable family accommodations! Check out the different resort units that we offer:
- Single Apartment - 2
- This non-waterfront unit is complete with 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, and a bath w/shower. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- Lakeside King Apartment - 3, 4, 5, 20, 21, & 22
- This apartment offers one large, private bedroom with a king bed, a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette, and a bath w/shower. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- Captain's Suite - 27, 28
- This beautiful room has a king size bed, a 4' x 5' whirlpool tub, a shower, and a wet bar. There is no kitchenette in this room. It will sleep a maximum of 2 people.
- Master Suite- MS
- This deluxe king bedroom has a 5' x 5' whirlpool tub, a shower, a hide-a-bed, and a kitchenette. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- King Suite - 29
- Luxurious king unit with king size bed, a 4' x 5' whirlpool tub, a shower, a kitchenette, a fireplace, and a hide-a-bed. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.
- Deluxe Cottage - 9
- This non-waterfront unit offers two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette, and a bath w/shower. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
- Economy Apartment - 6, 7, & 8
- This is a small 2-bedroom unit with double beds, a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette, and a bath w/shower. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
- Deluxe Apartment - 23, 24, & 25
- This unit offers two large private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, a hide-a-bed, a bathtub/shower combo, plus two vanities, and a kitchenette. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
- 2-Bedroom, 2 Bath Apartment - 19
- This lakeside king apartment includes a kitchenette and bath, plus an additional private bedroom with a double bed, a bath with a shower, and a hide-a-bed. It will sleep a maximum of 5 people.
- Family Apartments - 11-14 & 15-18
- The family apartments offer two private bedrooms, a daybed adjacent to the living room, a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette, and a bath with shower. They will sleep a maximum of 8 people.
- Villa Cottage, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath
- This cottage style room offers 2 private bedrooms with king beds, a hide-a-bed, a kitchenette, a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The master even has a whirlpool tub. It will sleep a maximum of 6 people.
- Captain's Quarters - 26
- This unit offers 5 bedrooms, featuring 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 double beds. There are 3 baths with bathtub/shower combos and a large deck. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and microwave. It will sleep a maximum of 10 people.
Apartment Amenities
Summerset apartments with kitchenettes are completely furnished with a 4-burner electric cook top, a full-size refrigerator, an electric toaster, an electric coffee maker, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, cups, glassware, a fry pan, 3 sauce pans, a spatula, a can opener, a pitcher, a microwave oven, cable TV, and an air conditioning/heating unit. In addition, towels, trash liners and toilet tissue are furnished daily. Items not included, that you would need to bring yourself include personal soap, beach towels, sharp knives, barbecue utensils, coffee and coffee filters.
