*Off Season = Before Memorial Day and After Labor Day
- Weekly Rates = 7 nights or more / Daily Rate = less than 7 nights
- 2 night minimum stay in Villas - Weekly only in Summer
- Maximum room count includes children of all ages.
- $10.00/day for each additional person in Apartment and Villas
- Minimum stays may be required.
- Senior Citizen discount available with 3-night minimum (off season only - Villas and Apartments)
- Most apartments available only weekly in Summer.
- Check-in after 4:00 P.M. / Check-out by 10:30 A.M.
- If arriving after 5:00 PM, must notify office in advance.
