The Villas are not just a condominium project, but spacious condos carefully placed within Summerset Inn Resort. All of our 2- to 4-bedroom villas are fully equipped with: electric range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Basic cooking utensils, dishes and glassware are also furnished. All of the master baths have separate showers and whirlpool tubs. Every villa also features a private, spacious deck to enjoy those great Summerset sunsets!

2 Bedroom / 2 Bath
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Lake of the Ozarks will sleep up to 6 people. The condo features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

3 Bedroom / 3 Bath
The 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will sleep a total of 6 people. The condo features 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. The unit also comes with a fireplace and wet bar.

4 Bedroom / 3 Bath
Our first 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo option will sleep up to 10 people. The condo features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit also features a fireplace.

4 Bedroom / 3 Bath
Our second 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo option will also sleep a total of 10 people. The condo features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 double beds. The unit also comes with a fireplace and a wet bar.

12 Fun Facts to Kick Off Labor Day Weekend

The unofficial end of summer is here! It's time to celebrate with a three day weekend away from work! To kick off the Labor Day Weekend, Summerset Inn Resort has come up with a few fun facts you can share with your friends and family.


Labor Day Fun Facts


1. Most people think of Labor Day as an American holiday, but it actually has origins in Canada.

2. In 1882, 10,000 workers marched in New York City in what was considered to be the first Labor Day parade.

3. Oregon was the first state to make Labor Day a holiday in 1887. 

4. On June 28, 1894, President Grover Cleveland signed into law and act making Labor Day a federal holiday to be held on the first Monday in September.

5. The beginning of September was chosen for the holiday to break up the time between the 4th of July and Thanksgiving.

6. Americans worked 12-hour days, 7 days a week during the 19th century.

7. On September 3, 1916, the Adamson Act was passed to establish an 8-hour work day.

8. In the late 1800s, children as young as 5-6 years old worked in factories and mines.

9. Football season starts on or around Labor Day, and many teams will play their first game this weekend.

10. Labor Day is the 3rd most popular holiday for barbequeing after 4th of July and Memorial Day.

11. Labor Day is the official end to hotdog season, which begins Memorial Day.

12. Labor Day Weekend is the most dangerous weekend to travel on U.S. highways, due to teens and young adults seeing it as the last weekend to party before going back to school.
