August 19-21: A Quiet Weekend at the Lake

August 26-28: Shootout Race Weekend 


One of the most anticipated Lake events is almost here. If you enjoy fast boats and meeting new friends, the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is the event for you. Join other Lake lovers in the long line of boats ready to watch a day full of racing. If being tied up out on the water all day isn't your idea of fun, there's plenty of excitement happening at Captain Ron's and you can watch the races on the Jumbotron. Named one of the nation's eight "must-see" boating events, the Shootout is the largest unsanctioned boat race in the US. September 2-5: Labor Day Weekend
