This Thursday, August 22nd, will be one of the BEST events during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout... The Make-a-Wish Foundations' Wishing on a Ride Event!!! Race boat drivers donate their boats and time to offer children with life-threatening illnesses an opportunity to ride in the FAST boats!!! The event will take place from noon – 4 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22 at Captain Ron’s Dock No. 3. - 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Captain Ron's open for breakfast
- 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Summit Natural Gas "Make-A-Wish" Powerboat rides - Dock 3
- 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Racers can pick up registration packets
- 4:00p.m. to 11:00p.m. - Meet - and - Greet with racers
