TripAdvisor's Top Things to Do at the Lake

#1 Ha Ha Tonka State Park

Imposing architecture and breathtaking scenery combine to make Ha Ha Tonka State Park one of Missouri’s most treasured spots. Located on the Lake of the Ozarks, the park features the stone ruins of a turn-of-the-20th-century castle built by a prominent Kansas City businessman high atop a bluff. More than 15 miles of trails traverse the park, leading visitors to sinkholes, natural bridges, caves and down to the lake.

#2 Ozark Distillery

Ozark Distillery is a small family-owned business making Handcrafted spirits in small batches. We use time honored methods to produce a Corn Whiskey Moonshine that is smooth and sweet with a light corn flavor and aroma. Using distilled corn spirits, we infuse natural flavors such as real apples, blackberries, and vannila beans to produce our Flavored Moonshine.

#3 Parasailing & Paragliding

At Paradise Parasail, we have time-proven experience and safety you can trust. From this height, the riders can enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake of the Ozarks. Once capturing the astonishing views, riders have the option to take pleasure in a variety of free fall dips. You can select from a relaxing dip that just allows your toes to touch the water or a thrilling free fall that gets you soaked!

#4 Bridal Cave

Rated as one of the most scenic caves in America, Bridal Cave features giant columns, delicate soda straws and massive draperies throughout the cave. Guided tours leave every few minutes and last approximately one hour. Tours are conducted over concrete pathways through the Cave's refreshing 60 degree environment.  Park interpreters will lead you and your family through room after room of incredible mineral deposits. Millions of years of struggle between water and rock have created this cavern with more onyx formations than any other known cave or cavern. A tour through Bridal Cave is a family adventure you will never forget.

#5 Willmore Lodge

Willmore Lodge is the home of the Bagnell Dam History Museum. This historic log building was completed in 1930 for Union Electric. Early documentation refers to the lodge as an administrative building, although the amenities and interior layout indicates a plush retreat and entertainment facility for Union Electric during the early years of the Great Osage River Project. In 1997, Stop by for visitor information and to hear sites and sounds from Lake of the Ozarks since passed.

#6 Seven Springs Winery

Seven Springs Winery and Vineyards sits atop 160 acres of rolling Missouri foothills between Camdenton and Osage Beach. The winery is less than a 10 minute drive from either location. The covered porch and patio area are ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and admiring the beautiful views.
