- A lakside King apartment with kitchenette, bath plus additional private bedroom w/Double bed, bath w/shower, and a hide-a-bed. Max - 5 people
- Family Apartments - $109 per night in October
- Two private bedrooms, daybed adjacent to the living room, hide-a-bed, kitchenette and a bath w/shower. Max - 8 people
- Villa Cottage, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath - $153 per night in October
- Cottage style room with 2 private bedrooms with King beds, hide-a-bed, kitchenette, fireplace, and 2 bathrooms (master has whirlpool tub). Max - 6 people
- Captain's Quarters - $227 per night in October
- 5 bedroom, 3 bath with bathtub/shower and a large deck. Kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Double beds. Max - 10 people
Villas
Not just a condominium project, but spacious condominiums carefully placed within Summerset Inn Resort. All 2- to 4-bedroom Villas are fully equipped with: electric range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, and glassware furnished. All master baths have separate showers and whirlpool tubs. Every Villa has private, spacious decks to enjoy those great Summerset sunsets!
