The biggest holiday here at the Lake of the Ozarks is here! Our rooms are filling up with guests and the lake will soon be crowded with boats. People from all over the country will be joining us here at the Lake for a 4th of July celebration. July 4th Weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks

Summerset Inn would like to thank all of our wonderful guests for packing our small resort at the Lake of the Ozarks this holiday weekend!  The Lake is always a great place to celebrate the 4th of July, with so many festivities and fireworks shows to choose from!  Below is a list of the local fireworks locations for Thursday, Friday and Saturday fireworks displays!

  • July 3 - The Flying Tortoise - 7 PM
  • July 4 - Fireworks Aboard Celebration - 7 to 9:30 PM
  • July 4 - Fireworks Aboard Tropic Island - 8:30 to 9:30 PM
  • July 4 - Tan-Tar-A - 8:30 to 9:30 PM
  • July 4 - The Lodge of Four Seasons - 6 to 10 PM
    • BBQ and Carnival held prior to the fireworks event (weather permitting).
  • July 4 - Playin' Hooky Fireworks Cruise - 8:30 to 10 PM
  • July 4 - Lake Valley Country Club - at Dusk 
  • July 4 - City of Eldon - at Dusk 
    • Parade Downtown Eldon 10 am
    • A Day full of activities at Eldon Air Park: Independence 5K Run/Walk 7 am; Vendors open Noon – 8 pm; Pet Show 1 pm; Carnival 2 pm – 5 pm; Jason Earl Band 5– 9 pm
  • July 4 - Mother Nature's Riverfront Retreat - at Dusk

    • All American Cookout & Pig Roast from 5 to 9:30 PM, $10 per person. Music by The Randy Man Band. Festivities include bounce houses, balloon artists, face painters, s'mores and other kids activities. Concession stand & beer garden.
