All of our 2-4 bedroom Villas are fully equipped with: electric range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Basic cooking utensils, dishes and glassware furnished. All master baths have separate showers and whirlpool tubs. Every Villa features private, spacious decks to enjoy those great Summerset Sunsets! Covered boat wells are also available.

3. 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath - Sleeps a maximum of 10 with 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Includes fireplace. 

4. 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath - Sleeps a maximum of 10 with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Doubles. Includes fireplace and wet bar.
