June Events at Lake of the Ozarks

Summer at the Lake of the Ozarks is underway! All your favorite annual events are back for another great year, plus there are new events being added all the time. There's always something fun to do with the family or with friends when you choose to vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Here's a list of upcoming events you won't want to miss!

June 3-5: Lake Race 2016
Enjoy a weekend of huge powerboat racing events at Lake of the Ozarks! June 3 is the Meet & Greet on the Strip from 4-11 PM. Saturday is Race Day, with opening ceremony starting at 10:40 AM. Viewing will be at Beavers at the Dam and other nearby establishments. Then Sunday, finish the weekend off with the Lake Race 5K Run or Walk at 9 AM and the Props and Hoses Fun Run at 10 AM, both at Beavers at the Dam. 

June 3-5: 38th Annual HK's Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament
The Annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament has earned in excess of $2.6 million for Lake Regional medical departments and the purchase of new medical equipment. All proceeds from the 38th Annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Tournament will benefit Lake Regional Health System. Flights re scheduled in the morning and afternoon. Friday, June 3 is the VIP/Celebrity Party, Saturday, June 4 is the Pairing Party and Silent/Live Auction, and Sunday, June 5 is Golf at The Cove. 

June 4 - 24th Annual Testicle Festival
The Testicle Festival is a huge day long cook-off of deep fried turkey testicles, booths, dancing and carnivals. Located in the heart of Olean Missouri, this festival draws thousands of locals and visitors. The event will run from 10 AM to 10 PM. 

June 7: Lake Area Orchestra at Ha Ha Tonka
The Lake Area Community Orchestra will again be staging one of its free Summer Concerts at Ha Ha Tonka State Park on Tuesday, June 7, beginning at 7:00 pm. Community members and visitors are cordially invited.

June 10: Annual Eldon Community Golf
The 26th Annual Community Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, June 10th, at the Eldon Country Club. Registration will start at 11:30 am, lunch at 12:00 NOON, Shotgun Start, 1:00 pm. There will be **Cash Prizes**, **Door Prizes**, "50/50" Drawing.

June 10: Hot Summer Nights Rag Tops & T-Tops
Hot Summer Nights on the Bagnell Dam Strip in Lake Ozark from 6-11 pm (rain or shine). Free admission and participation. All makes and models of cars, trucks, and motorcycles will line the Strip and cruise around.

June 11: Gin Blossoms Live in Concert
For more than two decades, Gin Blossoms have defined the sound of jangle pop. Come see them play on June 11 at the Ozarks Amphitheater. Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts at 8 PM.

June 16-19: Canine Cannonball
How far can your dog jump? The annual Dock Dogs jumping contest is held at Dog Days again this year. Canine athletes compete in Big Air, Extreme Vertical, and Speed Retrieve at this family friendly event. Admission is free. 

June 17-19: MO State Motocross Round 5 
High flying Motocross racing is coming to the Lake of the Ozarks on June 19th. Round 5 of the Missouri State Motocross Championship at the Riverbottom MX park on D road in Kaiser is shaping up to be huge. See the Minis up to the pros race for points and cash.  Gates open at 3 PM on Friday.

June 17-18: MidCoast Bikefest & Poker Run 
Picklehead's Roadhouse Presents MidCoast Bikefest and Poker Run Saturday, June 18. Gates open at 9 AM and tickets are $15. Enjoy a concert Bellamy Brother's with Special Guest Adairs Run. There will be a Poker Run, Bike Games, 560' Zipline, Ride in Bike Show, Burn Out Pits,Vendors and Much More! There will be a pre-party June 17 featuring Shamans Harvest with Special Guest Shannon Curfman (of Kid Rock). Gates open at 5 PM and there's no cover for the pre-party. 

June 18: Welcome to Summer Community Event  
This 2nd annual free event will feature a concert in the park and a fireworks show at dusk. Concessions will also be available for purchase. The event will run from 7-11 PM at the Osage Beach City Park. 

June 18-19: Father's Day 3-Person Scramble
Father's Day Weekend, take part in a 3-person scramble at the Eldon Golf Club. Event start times are 7:30 AM or 1 PM.

June 24: Support Our Troops Poker Run
The 9th Annual Support Our Troops Poker Run is the largest poker run at the Lake of the Ozarks. See all the big boats gather at Camden on the Lake for this great charity event. The registration pre-party is June 23 from 6-9 PM. The poker run will start at 9 AM on June 24. There will also be a pool party at Camden on the Lake all day June 25.
